Depending on the shipping speed selected at checkout , most order arrive within 5 business days

We accept the return on any Guerrilla products within 30 days of purchase date. This applies only to purchases which were purchased directly on Guerrillausa.com
I purchased a Guerrilla product at my local store on elsewhere on the web can I return it to you?
If purchased in a store or on any other website you can only return the product to that specific store

How long is my Guerrilla product under warranty? What does the warranty policy cover?
Guerrilla Accessories and its affiliated companies worldwide (“Guerrilla”) warrants our Guerrilla products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the original date of purchase of the product by a consumer (the “Warranty Period”).

How may I receive a warranty replacement if I purchased my case at a retail store?
If you purchased your Guerrilla case directly from a retail location, we encourage you to first contact that location for immediate warranty replacement assistance. They will have your customer record and order information and may be able to address your needs of a replacement that same day.
